Head frame: consists of a heavy and durable gear box. The shaft is mounted on heavy duty bearings and has a panel for loading the mandrel.

Mandrel: We provide shafts for loading wooden models or adjustable models. The shaft or mandrel is bolted to the panel of the head frame shaft and supported by the tailframe pivot. A drive plate and threaded nuts are provided on the shaft for loading wooden models.

Tail seat: The tail seat assembly is mounted on a swivel arm or base and can be moved by a handle. Tailstock pin movement with handle and locking device.

Unloading of finished coil: After opening the tail seat, the coil can be easily unloaded with the crane.
